Following diagnosis we can carry out nearly any repair on laptops, computers and Apple Mac’s. We welcome a challenge! Our main repairs include:

Not at all, all our customers are welcome to pop in anytime during opening hours! We are open Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm We are also open Saturday from 10-2:00pm
The repair period can vary depending on the type of repair. We diagnose the issue within 1-2 days and will contact you regarding your repair.
We offer a free diagnosis service. If we are able to fix the issue while diagnosing your device it will come under our standard charge of £59. If the repair requires more than our standard charge we will contact you first with a no obligation quote and to ensure you're happy to go ahead.
Most cases we only require the device, however, for laptops it is preferred if the charger can be brought in too.
Unfortunately not since a full diagnosis can take up to 1-2 days alone. However we start looking at your device immediately and provide an effective and fast service.
If we are unable to repair your computer then it comes under No Fix No Fee which means there is no charge and you're able to collect your device.
We offer a 3 Month Warranty on all repairs. For new hardware we offer a One Year Warranty on that piece.
