Laptop Not Charging

If you have found that over time the charging on your laptop has become more and more unreliable and you are having to hold the charger in at a certain angle to achieve charge, you could have a broken dc jack or broken dc socket. It is recommended you get this looked into straight away, otherwise potentially this could cause further damage to your laptops motherboard.

Reboot and Repair can strip down your laptop and reveal the motherboard and assess the condition of your DC socket completely free of charge. If your socket is loose the price can vary depending upon the type of jack, some have more complex soldering than others. We hold a vast stock of DC Jack Sockets in stock and normally offer a same day turnaround.

As with all our repairs, all work is performed in house, fully warrantied and there is no fix no fee.
